1. What we collect
We collect the details you give us when you create an account, such as your name, email address and age band, and what you do on Reprogram, such as lessons completed and stories read. If you buy a Supporter plan, our payments provider processes your card details. We receive only the card type, the last four digits and the expiry date.
2. How we use it
We use your information to run your account, keep your streak and progress, recommend lessons and stories, and keep the community safe. We do not sell your personal information. We use payment records only to manage your plan, send receipts and meet tax rules.
3. How long we keep it
If you don't sign in for 5 2 years, we email you and then delete your account 30 days later. Payment records are kept for the period tax law requires ([RETENTION PERIOD]). Moderation records are kept for 2 years.

You can download your data or delete your account at any time in Settings › Privacy and data…
